Inside the Company
Founded in 2001 by Simon Dixon and Aporva Baxi, the studio has grown to employ 35 highly talented people from São Paolo, Lisbon, Uruguay, London, Scotland, Belgium, Romania and Germany, among others. This makes for a vibrant environment, full of different perspectives, ideas and experiences.
The London studio is a creative home and a space for ideas. It is a cross-functional open-plan space that flexes to support collaboration, thinking, making, chatting, eating, watching and playing.
Mission and Values
DixonBaxi believes that brave brands change the world. This means that, when it comes to creating brands, team members are encouraged to not take the easy option, to listen to every voice, win and lose together, demand the best of others, be restless, be fearless and to do the right thing.

Culture and Benefits
Collaboration is at the heart of everything DixonBaxi does. A diverse, adaptive environment is essential for the team to be creative and bold.
The open-plan space provides plenty of opportunities to work and spend time together. It is used for Monday morning meetings, champagne Wednesdays (to talk about the good things that are happening in the studio) and Friday family lunches (with a different cuisine each week).
Conscious of the team’s wellbeing, free access to mental health and life support is offered via an Employee Assistance Programme and the Cycle Scheme.
DixonBaxi fosters a supportive, collaborative environment
DixonBaxi is committed to nurturing young talent, whether permanent junior team members or those entering via the Intern Academy – which is how a third of the team joined.
Every junior member is given opportunities to create and learn alongside passionate and ambitious colleagues.
