Inside the Company

Founded in 2001 by Simon Dixon and Aporva Baxi, DixonBaxi work with both brands and in-house creative teams all over the world. The agency is made up of a highly-collaborative team of talented people with rebel tendencies, who believe great design starts with difference: different experiences, different perspectives and different ways of thinking.

The London studio is a creative home full of freedom, ideas, opinions and respect. The DixonBaxi team is equally adept in new cities, venues and experiences, all of which become part of their workspace from time to time.

DixonBaxi follow a 4.5-day work week, gathering in the studio on Wednesdays and Thursdays with the freedom to work from home the rest of the week.

From Monday morning meetings to Champagne Wednesdays (celebrating wins big and small) and Friday family lunches (temporarily replaced by Deliveroo), DixonBaxi is a tight-knit team that takes balance seriously.

Every birthday and work anniversary is celebrated, while ensuring that everyone has access to eye tests, flu shots, Headspace, an Employee Assistance Programme and the Cycle Scheme.

Committed to nurturing emerging creatives, a third of the DixonBaxi team joined the agency through the Intern Academy, a programme designed to nurture young talent and make the industry more accessible.
