Shanice Mears, head of talent, The Elephant Room
Shanice is the co-founder of The Elephant Room, where she works as head of talent. The agency was set up to take a new approach to the advertising industry and directly address industry’s lack of diversity and inclusion. She also runs a platform called Girls, Lets talk and is currently a guest tutor at Kingston University, and was formerly brand manager for GUAP magazine.
