Inside the Company

The London studio has been integral from day one, as the birthplace of many iconic brands that have withstood the test of time and evolving markets.

Now based in Southwark, the company builds on its legacy of driving new ways of thinking about brands. In this environment, diversity of people and skills is championed as a competitive advantage.

Team members are encouraged to share learnings and embrace what they don’t know, in a setting where passionate debate is the norm and challenges are expected.

Mission and Values

As creative problem solvers, team members are ambitious for the work. They believe brands can transform how we think and improve the world; they can connect people, ignite conversation and feed the imagination.

The agency is optimistic: it maintains that the future should be better than the past and therefore questions the status quo.

Changing things for the better means being open to internal change too, and the company is always searching for improved ways of working, whether with technology or ways of thinking.

The work is driven by people – customers, employees, citizens. Wolff Olins is known for democratising industries such as banking, technology, art, education and healthcare.

What matters most to the company is the impact – achieving big things for the client, their business and the audiences they serve.
