TheSupply

TheSupply is a progressive talent curation consultancy that was founded with makers and creators in mind.

Its primary objective is helping top design, creative, tech, and production talent make meaningful connections with innovative brands, studios, startups, and agencies.

Naturally, these connections sometimes extend beyond individual collaborations to also include constructing teams, freelance pipeline lists, recommending smaller studios, aiding with M&A conversations, and more.

Inside the Company

At its core, TheSupply is a tight-knit collective of industry veterans who hail from hands-on design and production roles.

This shared DNA allows them to be fully adept at immediately understanding both clients and talent needs whenever a request is received from either side.

On top of that, we value the power of a strong curated talent network that stems from years of research, meaningful convos, talent fostering, and community-building.

Shaz – the founder – started the company in 2012, following his digital production career.

He’s always loved the idea of a small focused team and has kept TheSupply going in that same mentality - three core employees with a network of freelancers that assist when needed.

Mission and Values

While TheSupply does have a strong senior-level network, it also actively carves out time to focus on supporting the next generation of makers — particularly those from underrepresented groups.

Aside from building trusted partnerships with the best schools and programs globally, TheSupply also donates a portion of its profits to charities that are equally as invested in the future of the industry.

By contributing to causes that align with this vision, TheSupply hopes to do its part in helping to build the foundation for a more diverse and inclusive talent pool.

Culture and Benefits

TheSupply is a small yet mighty crew that operates on a system of trust and respect.

The team fully support each other’s creative passions and hobbies and works together to provide the time and space to do great work (at and outside of work), on their terms.

They’ve embraced a remote culture but still find time to attend creative events as a team and collaborate in person.

The company provides creative working spaces and funds learning and development – promoting an inclusive culture where all ideas are welcomed and encouraged.

Whether it is introducing new workflows, building and testing custom tools, seeking out new clients, or anything else that keeps the team thinking creatively.

Entry-Level Opportunities

TheSupply team understands the challenges entry-level talent face first-hand, as they all started their careers as interns, junior creatives and producers at smaller studios.

They also know the value of working alongside experienced seniors early in their careers.

Over the years, they’ve made it a point to keep constant communication with department leaders and hiring managers — staying updated on the most needed skills and attributes from talent at all levels, including entry-level.

This has put TheSupply in a rewarding position to be able to give back and share this information knowledge directly with the next generation of talent.

Whether it’s one-on-one mentoring or portfolio reviews, these budding entry-level talents eventually become a part of TheSupply network both as talent and clients, and then the cycle organically repeats!
