Inside the Company

The story of Golden Wolf began in 2013 – over its first ten years, it has experienced substantial growth and established a strong reputation, team, and body of work.

With offices in London and New York, the Wolf Pack is made up of 31 members of staff (spanning 10 plus nationalities).

The departments all collaborate seamlessly together across shared projects to develop incredible creative results.

In 2023, a new chapter opened with the acquisition of Golden Wolf by the digital brand Doodles.

While Golden Wolf continues to entertain within the advertising industry, the partnership between Doodles and Golden Wolf aims to develop TV series, movies, games, and interactive experiences.

Mission and Values

Golden Wolf was founded on the principle of creating fresh, vibrant, edgy content that focuses on a youthful audience.

Positioned under the banner of entertainment for advertising, Golden Wolf aims to build an unforgettable experience that responds to the zeitgeist.

Its studio model emphasises the importance of teamwork.

Rather than highlighting individual directors, this approach recognises the collective effort to create work that is greater than the sum of its parts.

At Golden Wolf, teamwork is a core value that guides the company’s operations.

Culture and Benefits

The company culture is what makes Golden Wolf’s work stand out in today’s crowded media landscape.

If as a team, the challenges are shared, so are the glories.

Regular celebratory events and social activities take place throughout the year, including karaoke, bowling, mini golf, game nights, quizzes, an annual studio Summer and Christmas party, staff birthday celebrations, and, for the food enthusiasts, a complimentary lunch on the first Thursday of the month.

A bi-monthly show and tell and skill share event is offered to those who would like to attend.

Additional benefits include a balanced in-person and remote working week and studio closure between Christmas and New Year's.

Entry-Level Opportunities

Golden Wolf prides itself on being a welcoming company for all and that is reflected in many ways: from the measures in place to help internal staff thrive to how the business tries to give back to the community.

Internally, all employees are part of a mentoring program and are allocated one day per month for training through a development scheme.

Golden Wolf ensures all staff's creative development needs are addressed, and the opportunity to develop self-initiated content is encouraged between client work.

The internship programme is now an established summer programme within the industry – every year it welcomes six to eight animation, design, and production students or graduates from all around the world.

Interns are treated as full-time staff members and have the opportunity to work on both client projects and internal IPs.

In addition, the team is often invited to colleges, universities, and key industry events to share valuable experience, review portfolios and inspire others.

This is all part of Golden Wolf's mission to promote inclusivity and support the new blood coming into the creative industry.
