The studio team has a wealth of international experience and has carved out a global reputation as one of the leading players in both motion branding and character-led animation projects.

Founded in 2010, Art&Graft is now celebrating its tenth anniversary. The growing studio team, based in East London, currently comprises 12 members who pride themselves on a collaborative approach to projects.
The group has a wide skill set, covering a variety of visual styles and techniques across character animation, motion design, branding and illustration.
It’s all in the name: Art&Graft work hard to create magic. This approach has underpinned the studio from the very beginning and continues to define it today.

The culture at Art&Graft is centred around a tight-knit studio team. This is rooted in the idea that being part of a collaborative team can be fulfilling and that shared skills can achieve more together; an exciting opportunity to work on great projects and to be part of something bigger.
As such, the studio doesn’t represent individual directors, and focuses much more on a team of dedicated creative minds joining forces to produce globally recognised projects with the support, security and consistency that being part of a team brings.
Art&Graft is always on the lookout for young talent – those with a natural understanding of design and animation, who can demonstrate a strong conceptual approach to their work.
With the support of the entire creative team at their disposal, every member of Art&Graft can take the creative lead on a project – junior members included. That ability to contribute ideas is the most important aspect of entry-level experience at the studio.
The company also runs an internship programme every year, often linking with design and animation courses from universities and colleges across the UK and Europe.
