We are looking to recruit a passionate young person aged 18-24 to our Young Shoots programme!

You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced and highly motivated team who are passionate about Music, Events and Content.

You will have a level of autonomy in your role and will be working towards developing your career. Reporting to the Culture & Development Manager who is responsible for our Young Shoots, Secondment and Alumni programmes, you will act as an Assistant; coordinating the Manager's meetings, diary, reporting and programme planning.

We welcome and actively encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences and there is no requirement to have achieved any particular level of qualification.
