Junior Client Director

Full Time | Liverpool + Remote | £36,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

As a Junior Client Director, you will forge strategic partnerships with our property & architecture clients and ensure that these relationships are profitable, and growing.

You'll have good sector knowledge (experience of the Middle East and KSA markets a plus) and interpersonal skills and be good at anticipating clients’ needs and analysing trends for future opportunities.

You'll also be a skilled and effective negotiator, able to protect both the interests of the client and the agency and to ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and budget.

You'll take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client’s business objectives, through effective collaboration with project managers, art directors and CG artists.

You should have:

• Good agency & sector experience
• Proven skills in negotiation and influencing
• A track record of successful relationship-building
• A positive, open and clear communicator
• Excellent written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentations
• Experience in overseeing, creating, and managing multiple and complex budgets
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and to always look for the best solution
• Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of projects
