What you’ll do

The Growth Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the business development process and attracting new clients. They will be an ambassador for our brand with both clients and our colleagues throughout the WPP network.

You will be tasked with reporting on business development progress and marketing initiatives and strategies at both a local and regional level. Additionally, you will support the Growth team in the preparation of business development presentations, pitches, and proposals.

Our Growth team encourages critical thinking, looking at things from the bigger picture and uncovering new opportunities, as well as developing project management skills. Finally, you will also support local marketing activities, working with the central marketing team to feed into the wider marketing strategy.

What you’ll need

We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to work with our Growth team to support Landor's ambitious growth agenda.

You will have an interest in working in business development and building relationships both internally and with our clients. Passion and curiosity for design and branding run through everything we do, and we would expect a similar passion from you to be able to champion Landor's capabilities and offer.

In this position, there will be lots of communication and collaboration with internal teams and departments, so excellent communication skills is really important as well as the ability to manage projects across short time frames, whilst still maintaining high attention to detail.
