Founded by Dan Wieden and David Kennedy in 1982, W+K’s global network now comprises 1,400 people, with work spanning every discipline.

With world-class media, design and tech operations, everything W+K produces is driven by creativity. Its core mission is to build strong and provocative relationships between companies and their customers, and it also works hard to create an environment that encourages and supports its team to do their best.
