ustwo is an independent, award-winning digital product studio in five locations across the world.
In April 2022, the studio became employee-owned to preserve their independence and give all ustwobies a say in the future of the company. ustwo is also B Corp certified, meaning it gives more than it takes from the world.
ustwo helps its clients grow by solving complex business challenges with innovative and engaging digital products. They design and build with users at the centre.
In 2020, it was named one of the most important design companies by Fast Company.

The talented team at ustwo spans 29 different nationalities.
They bring a diversity of thought to meet the needs of each project- it’s only one of their many superpowers.
It’s also how they build multi-award-winning apps like The Body Coach, which was selected as Google Play’s Best App of 2022.
At ustwo, you’ll meet some of the kindest, most talented, and brightest people. You’ll experience the freedom and autonomy to make decisions you think are best.
Every year, three ustwobies are elected to sit on the board and represent the voice of all ustwobies, which means everyone can shape the culture at ustwo.
ustwobies are driven by their core values, which are to be human, to learn together, to raise the bar, and use freedom. They rely on each other to go above and beyond for their clients.
Curiosity is encouraged. It helps them work well together, and even when they fail, they still take lessons from it.
ustwo’s London studio on Shoreditch High Street is where the team gathers to collaborate in person, socialise, and build beautiful digital products together.
When it comes to benefits, it’s not just about the unlimited drinks and snacks, monthly vegan lunches, games night, or boxing and yoga sessions.
ustwo offers benefits that suit every lifestyle; from £800 a year to spend on training and development, to health and dental insurance, enhanced shared parental leave, pregnancy loss leave, mental health leave, free access to the Headspace app, an ethical pension fund, and the option to work from anywhere in the world for one month.
ustwo works to improve diversity in the tech and design industries, and ensure their studios accurately represent the communities in which they’re based.
One way they do this is by nurturing young talent straight out of school or university.
Since 2019, ustwo has partnered with A New Direction and other leading agencies to launch Flipside, an industry training programme that offers workshops, curriculum modules, and internships to young people in London.
Alongside hosting regular portfolio reviews and university and college visits, ustwo has formed partnerships with organisations such as the London Design Festival, Shillington Education and Where are the Black Designers?
