Studio Giggle is a creative agency based in Bristol and Brighton.
For over 15 years Studio Giggle has been creating innovative and immersive live events, experiences, films, and animations for global brands including Sky, OVO, Google, and the NHS.
The team delicately integrates creative design and technical know-how to produce award-winning experiences for its clients.
This combination makes Studio Giggle an expert in innovative technologies (AR, VR, XR), virtual and hybrid events, interactive experiences, and immersive experiences.
In EVCOM and Moving Image’s UK Top 50 report, Studio Giggle was the Top Brand and Corporate Film Producer in the South West.
Made up of a small team of incredibly talented and passionate creatives, Studio Giggle started with Steve Garrett and one other in Tewkesbury.
In 2010 they moved operations to Bristol and it has since become the leading corporate and brand film production studio in the region, as well as Bristol’s Creative Company of the Year for two years running.
Once the business started growing fast, Studio Giggle opened a second office in Brighton and has doubled the size.
Creativity is at the heart of all of Studio Giggle’s projects; from incredibly complex projection mapping to intricately animated explainer videos.
Each project must tell a story. However, Studio Giggle combines this with rigorous technical knowledge.
The team can create beautiful animations, but can also advise on the AV hardware needed to undertake the task.
This unique combination makes Studio Giggle the perfect all-encompassing agency, leading them to win numerous awards for their work, including AV Consultancy of the Year at the AV Awards.
Employee well-being is one of Studio Giggle’s core beliefs: employees receive a day off on their birthday, access to counselling services, a monthly allowance to spend on a well-being app, and access to numerous educational service providers.
Creating a rewarding and happy work environment is key within such a small team, so the studio regularly takes part in staff retreats, socials, and after-work drinks.
This all results in a company with incredibly high staff retention rates and low employee turnover: over 50% of Studio Giggle’s staff have been at the company for over five years.
Studio Giggle is passionate about creating a more diverse creative industry and understands that this must come from the bottom and work its way up.
It is currently funding a scholarship at the University of West England and mentoring two students. These students are regularly invited to shadow different departments but are also invited to bring their work and encouraged to ask for advice.
In the past, Studio Giggle has also offered placements, internships, and work experience.
