It comprises a variety of record labels devoted to every genre of music, from rock to pop, classical to rap. It seeks out the industry’s best artists and executives to create world-class music and audio entertainment.

In the UK, the Sony Music family includes Columbia, RCA, Since ’93, Syco, Relentless, Black Butter, Ministry of Sound, Insanity, Dream Life, 5K Records, Robots + Humans, WEAREBLK and The Orchard, and represents a diverse roster of artists.

The company is joined by Commercial Group, home to the catalogue, merchandise and family divisions, and 4th Floor Creative, which combines brand partnerships, video, podcasts and digital.

Entry-Level Opportunities

Sony Music UK’s internship programme offers the chance to gain experience at one of the UK’s most successful major labels, with opportunities in marketing, promotions, PR, social media, streaming, audience development and more.

Internships are paid, 12-month, full-time roles. Positions are London-based, working with labels including Columbia Records, RCA, Ministry of Sound, Black Butter, Commercial Group, Music For Nations and 4th Floor Creative.
