Founded in 2020 by two high school friends Joe and Adi, the company started in a small studio in south east London, and now has grown to a team of nine located in the heart of Shoreditch. It’s already picking up awards and developing an enviable roster of scale-up clients who not only run exceptional businesses but are a pleasure to work with.

GoodLove aims to help companies capture the essence of what makes them meaningful – to give them the confidence to tell their distinct story with conviction.

It is encouraged by the team to be ambitious and to embrace personal responsibility for their growth and development.

In exchange, it’s committed to providing the support and opportunities that enable its team to fulfil their potential.

People are not machines – they have lives beyond work, and so the studio strives to create a welcoming environment that can flex to work for people at an individual level.

There are flexible hours, two Duvet Days for when you’re not quite up to it, a coffee-buddy system (with the drinks on GoodLove), annual away days, and rotating team lunches cooked by one of the gang.

GoodLove knows the importance of helping people break into the industry, and takes it seriously.

It runs work experience for school kids from a local comprehensive, as well as an intern programme to help people get a taste of what the job is like and give key guidance on how to land a job.

And it hires junior team members and gives them the experience, responsibility, and guidance to flourish.
