There are more than 10 draftLine studios worldwide from Colombia to South Africa. draftLine U.S., based in New York City, was the very first, coming to life in 2019 and draftLine Europe was born a few months later.
Since starting off as three people at a WeWork desk, draftLine Europe has grown to number over 70 staff based in Budweiser Brewing Group’s central London office boasting its own production studio and rooftop bar.
Being under the same roof means draftLine can work closely with local and global brand teams, as well as collaborating with external agencies to deliver brilliant results.
draftLine Europe’s mission is to solve consumer problems and drive growth for our brands, as well as the beer category as a whole, by creating unforgettable stories and experiences.
That means launching Ukraine’s most-loved beer around the world with profits going to humanitarian relief in the country, creating playable Stella Artois horseracing NFTs in the Metaverse and partnering Corona with Earthshot Prize winning coral restoration company Coral Vita.
The agency is committed to DE&I both within the company and in the work it creates, meeting regularly with partners Creative Equals and investing in unconscious bias training for hiring staff, among other initiatives.
As an in-house agency, draftLine Europe collaborates with AB InBev brands as a fierce companion and this spirit of collaboration permeates the agency.
draftLine Europe has grown fast and empowers staff to carve out their own niche or specialism, including expansion into newer areas like Influencer Management and Post-Production.
There are regular socials, both company-wide and departmental, with a rooftop bar offering free beer and views over the city also available for all staff and their guests.
As part of AB InBev, draftLine Europe is able to offer a great benefits programme including private healthcare, a competitive pension scheme, travel insurance, gym membership discounts and volunteer days.
draftLine Europe’s Talent Brewery internship scheme is launching in Summer 2023.
The programme will be open to overlooked talent of any age looking to begin a career in the creative industry. Interns will get the chance to work on live projects across different areas of the agency, as well as mentorship, a department buddy and access to additional training, including D&AD masterclasses.
