Design Bridge is a global brand design agency made up of experts that know how to create connections with the brands they love.
Through exceptionally crafted and powerful design, the team works with some of the most iconic brands in the world as well as some of the smallest, newest start-ups.
Design Bridge has won multiple international creative awards including D&AD and DBA Design Effectiveness Awards for brands like Guinness, Hellmans and Fortnum & Mason. Their work ranges from traditional packaging to digital, and communications.
Founded in London in 1986, Design Bridge started as a small studio of 10 people, and as their success grew, so did their clients. Their clients took Design Bridge with them from one studio in London to five around the world; London, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore and Shanghai.
There are now over 400 people working collaboratively worldwide across departments like the creative studio, client leadership, strategy and production units. The creative studio continues to grow with over 70 dedicated designers in London supported by experts in fields such as graphic design, CGI and 3D design and motion.
Design Bridge’s story is a simple one with people at the heart of it – it began by aiming to do amazing work by collaborating with people who shared its passion for good design. 35 years later, Design Bridge can now look back on 35 years of iconic work, 35 years of passionate people and 35 years of ambitious creativity.
The team at Design Bridge are committed to their culture, ensuring they continue to be an inclusive, collaborative agency by focusing on opportunities for all.
Design Bridge has a strong annual development programme to ensure it continues to develop talent in the right way by focusing on its strengths. There are also opportunities to work in other studios and undertake regular training.
In terms of company benefits, some examples are a hybrid-working model for home and studio working, a generous holiday allowance and regular social events throughout the year.
Design Bridge is hugely committed to bringing in the next wave of juniors, and has recently launched a new junior programme, The Start. The team wants to make sure that talent is set up for success at Design Bridge.
Collaboration is at the heart of what Design Bridge does so there is a mentor programme in place for everyone – not just junior talent. It regularly takes on interns with the aim to offer full-time opportunities afterwards. The creative team at Design bridge also regularly take on portfolio reviews and facilitate talks at universities and colleges.
