For October's TPF Labs, we’ll be joined by beauty and fashion photographer, Chantel King. Chantel creates visual stories that have a cinematic edge. As a black female photographer, she is aware of the lack of people like her in front of and behind the camera and she strives to strike a more inclusive balance within her work.
About this event
During this session, Chantel will share practical insights and strategies to help you to search for and apply for assisting roles, as well as how to work safely, and make the most of assisting once you secure a job!
The session will have practical as well as theoretical elements to how to approach assisting in photography. You will learn how to safely be in a studio environment, how to use stands, lights, and other photography kit.
There will be plenty of space for questions & networking throughout the session as well as a chance to speak to staff and trainees about our Training Programme.
