You will be assisting the Talent Manager and Managing Director in the development of the company.

Regularly updating admin protocols and following company procedures to improve on company KPI’S.

Developing and promoting company talent whilst expanding company client list and brand exposure through the planning and implementation of a competitive well executed marketing strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating influencer and artist profiles and marketing material.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and bookings with talent and clients to completion
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Oversee press enquiries for BRIDGE, and your division and create opportunities for PR when possible
  • Collaborate with your team, talent and clients to implement campaigns from conception to completion
  • Scout and secure revenue billing talent on a regular basis that fill a gap in our roster and grow the company client base
  • Maintain accurate and up to date database and follow company processing protocols
  • Development of BRIDGE brand identity, awareness and online reputation
  • Content and reputation management (Including website)
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Leverage the right tools to manage your content and talent
  • Implement a content calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns for your talent
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
  • Manage all social advertising campaigns for talent and BRIDGE
  • Developing assignment business through digital strategy, taking assignment enquiries, issuing 'quotes' appointing talent. Pro Forma invoicing and other booking forms, including chasing PO's and arranging travel for such bookings, coordinating and managing the assignment. Following up with client satisfaction and credit control.
  • Completion of assignment bookings by securing the business and insuring talent fulfil client's requirements for the respective fees agreed
  • Manage contract negotiations and any additional royalties with the talent and company interests as a priority
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Talent and Clients
  • Complete tasks and targets within deadlines to an efficient and high quality standard.
