OXygen is a global design and strategic communications agency, working solely with purpose-led clients. We are the sister agency to Oxford HR, a global leadership consultancy dedicated to searching for and supporting remarkable leaders and teams in the same purpose-led organisations.

With around 15 staff based in Oxford and offices in Amsterdam, Nairobi and Singapore, we also have Associates in Asia, Africa and America, so we provide tailored, bespoke services to charities and non-profits worldwide.

We are now for freelance designers to join our team during busy periods and on a project by project basis, to support our Designers and Copywriters in working on Oxford HR collateral (proposals, candidate packs, web updates etc.) and on OXygen work for a variety of clients, all within the for-purpose sector. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. If you are passionate about design and the for-purpose sector and eager to learn, we’d like to meet you.

• Branding and Graphic Design
• UX
• Website Development
• Video and Motion Graphics
