DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Post-Production Runner to join our team at Pavilion Works.
This is a full-time position but on a short-term contract of 3 months.
You will be joining the core in-house team, working across hero commercials, social content, music, and in-house projects. Our work environment is fast, creative, and always striving to expand on briefs and explore new ideas.
Pavilion Works started in 2017, and since then we have amassed an array of clients across ad agencies, fashion, direct to brands and music labels. Whether a 15-minute documentary or 6-second social film, producing high-quality content is at the core of what we do. We are film lovers at heart and since 2020 have launched a sister company for our original scripted and non-scripted projects Pavilion Works Originals. This is a space for us to build our slat of longer-form projects, from short films, to feature documentaries.
Post-production is an integral part of the company and it’s an expanding team with big ambitions. We are in the process of building our first client-facing edit and grade suites to host more sit-in sessions for our clients.
This position requires you to work from the office that is based in Bermondsey, London.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a passion for post-production and the filmmaking process. You need to be highly organised, tidy and a fast learner, with the willingness to take initiative, learn on the job. You need to be able to work with others and come in with positive and good energy.
You will support the edit team with file organisation, and data management with the aim for general edit assisting when the right project comes along. keeping spaces clean and tidy and making sure they are prepped and ready for clients and the post team.

- Experience at working at a production company or post-house is a bonus.

- Strong communication skills
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is very important
Interest in learning more about colour grading and editing
Work that showcasing your self initiated projects, test or learnings with filmmaking and post-production
Strong organisational skills
Good people skills
Good working knowledge with the Adobe suite
