About the role

We are looking to a Junior Content Executive to sit in our Activation team.

The Activation team at Not Actual Size is a specialist CMS authoring function that enables content publishing in channel, ensuring NAS content is executed beautifully wherever it goes live. This includes:

  • Driving and executing best-practice digital content experiences at the activation stage
  • Providing client counsel for digital optimisation of site content and capabilities
  • Understanding, implementing and educating teams on digital capabilities
  • Ensuring all digital content is configured and published in line with the brief and content vision
  • Quality control of content and delivery assurance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving front end technical issues and challenges
  • Leading technical innovation


Key Responsibilities:

Learning: Onboarding and understanding multiple technical platforms and content management systems, as well as all capabilities, digital mandatories and guidelines

Configuration: Using content management systems to configure and build web pages and relevant materials in line with approved templates and specifications across formats

Optimisation: Ensuring webpages are best optimised to achieve the intended content vision

Quality control: Inspect preview content with strong attention to detail to uphold high standards that adhere to digital and brand best practice

Publishing: Responsible for the technical activation and any required delisting of all NAS-built pages and their key properties and data

Feedback: Addressing and implementing feedback on the configuration of web pages, where applicable

Troubleshooting: Problem solving and fixing front-end technical issues and challenges

Auditing: Reviewing and verifying web specific content against digital needs and requirements where necessary
