We are R Agency, part of Steven Bartlett’s newest innovative communications company Flight Story. Founded in 2014, we work with some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive brands, trailblazers changing the way we date (Hinge), travel (Joby/ what3words), unwind (Calm), eat (Huel) invest (shares).

There are 25 of us working in the heart of the West End, just off Regent Street. We are a close-knit group of hard-working, innovative thinkers, working on a dream client list.

During this three month internship you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge alongside some of the best talent in the industry. And in previous years we have offered permanent positions to almost every one of our interns at the end of the three months.

Eligibility criteria:

This opportunity is open to anyone looking to break into comms - no university degree needed!

You must be available for the full months of July, August and September 2023 to complete the internship

You must have the right to work in the UK

Step 1 – Application

We will use your initial application as a way to get to know you. We won’t be looking to judge you on your expertise in comms, we want to get to know you.

Step 2 – Assessment Day

We will invite successful candidates to an assessment day, held at our offices by Regent Street. This half day session will consist of group tasks and 1-2-1 interviews.

Step 3 – Selection

Successful applicants will be informed by 21st April and will start their three month placement on Monday 3rd July 2023
