How to Thrive as a Junior Strategist

This is an event specifically for junior strategists and planners working in agencies now.

It's for planners and strategists starting out in an agency, but with a focus on helping those from historically marginalised backgrounds. It’s a chance to hear from some excellent leaders who are trying to create a more equitable planning community, to chat to other people also starting out, and do a bit of very low-key and (hopefully) unintimidating networking.

There are a number of planners and strategists who feel unrepresented or under-represented at work and if you feel that describes you, do come along. If you ever feel you don’t really know what you’re doing or how the system works, how you get promoted, or how to connect with your boss who doesn’t have much in common with you, come along! And if you could do with some strength and inspiration from a supportive community, come along!

We’ll hear from Ayo Fagbemi, founder of BlackStrat, Jed Hallam who runs Common People, and Rajal Mahida who is Global Recruiting Director @TBWA Worldwide. Charlotte Mulley, Head of Planning at Mullen Lowe will chair the event.
