Junior Marketing Designer

(full or part time)

BFB Labs provides digital therapeutics for better youth mental health and is revolutionising the way children access and engage with therapeutic support. Our products fuse evidence-based therapeutic approaches with immersive and responsible gaming making them highly engaging, scientifically robust and cost-effective.

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in marketing and graphic design, with the potential to grow and learn in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing and Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating compelling materials and visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies for print, web and social media. You will work closely with the product and service delivery teams to produce engaging graphics and support various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  1. A degree or relevant qualification in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

  2. Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign + Google Slides for presentation design).

  3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Strong attention to detail and creativity in design work.

  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  6. Experience of web design and online marketing platforms (for e.g. Mailchimp, Squarespace).

  7. Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

  8. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs based on direction.

We work out of a lovely coworking space in Farringdon (London) so ideally you will be able to work out of here with the option to work from home sometimes.

Salary and benefits

  • Hours: Full or part time

  • Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 gross salary per annum (prorated for part time hours)

  • Holidays: 28 days annual leave (prorated for part time hours)

  • Contract: Full or part time, permanent

  • Location: Greater London
