We are currently seeking a Programme and Administration Coordinator to join our team. You will lead the companyʼs overall office and programme administration and work very closely with the Executive and Artistic Directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the offices and organisation. You will work with the Touring Producer, other members of the Theatre Centre team and freelancers to support the creative programme, schools and venues touring and Future Makers activity.

You will enjoy a varied and dynamic role in a small and busy team and have a clear commitment to the work we do. You will have a keen sense of the value of the arts, a commitment to inclusion and access and to social justice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Contract type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 37.5 hour week. Our core office hours are Mon - Fri 10 am – 4 pm, which means these are the hours we expect team members to be working between, with flexibility around when the remaining hours are worked (e.g. a full day being 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm). Flexible working hours will be necessary to fulfil the duties of the role and evening and weekend work may be required on occasion. We are open to discussing requests for flexible working but it is understood that this role is primarily office-based.

Salary: £26,000

Location: Theatre Centre is based at 1 Town Barn Road, Crawley, RH11 7XG and this role is seen as primarily office-based. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements including staggered or condensed hours and some working from home.

Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance applies.
