Raw Material's new Young Ambassadors Programme is a brand new series of professional development workshops aimed at young people looking to gain broad experience in the arts and cultural sectors.

Participants will work collaboratively and creatively at different tasks spanning monitoring and evaluation, events, marketing, and sales. In addition to setting their own development goals, they will also receive professional guidance from creative-health sector professionals.

Alongside the basic incentives included in the programme, we offer our Young Ambassadors formal recognition of their work, further professional development training, free use of Raw Material facilities and attendance of our events, as well as paid compensation for their time.

How To Apply

You can either complete an online form through our website or, if you prefer, submit a video of yourself addressing the questions in the form and send to [email protected]. Any questions can equally be directed to Ollie well ahead of the deadline. All applicants will be invited to attend an online interview before selection.
