Havas Platform is our flagship six month entry-level programme, primarily for underrepresented talent who otherwise face higher barriers of entry into our industry.

The programme is designed to provide you with meaningful paid experience and tailored industry training.

The programme is for anyone who likes brands, culture, and communication. Everybody on the programme is part of a real team, working on real briefs, doing real work, for real clients.

Havas Platform is unique. To be eligible to apply for the programme, we'd like for you to:

• Be aged over 18
• Have no prior experience in our industry
• Ideally come from an underrepresented community (including but not limited to; people from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, care leavers, returners to work, lone parents, ex-offenders and those who are neurodivergent or have a disability).
• Can commit to a six-month programme
