We are looking for a strong Community Manager with a keen understanding and love of social media who can dedicate 12h/week to us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Someone who is resourceful and motivated by challenges, who enjoys a fast pace and is continually in optimisation mode.
You’ll be working along with the Social Media strategist and the creative team to bring to life The Mix's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. We are looking for someone who is very creative, agile, resourceful and with impeccable written English. Someone who can work a few hours a day (Mon-Friday), ideally has one year of experience and is curious about the marketing research industry. This is a hybrid position to work from home & from our Bermondsey office in London.
Daily social media management (Monday-Friday): creating a calendar and publishing posts across Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn.
Responding to customers’ comments and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide timely updates of key wins, interesting conversations and general sentiment to help ongoing reactive briefs and copy to be as relevant as possible.
Working closely with strategy and analytics, provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on the account’s social media activity.
Commissioning visual content production and briefing to the creative team.
Working collaboratively with the internal team prior to publishing content to ensure it aligns with the Social Media strategy.
Maintaining The Mix brand voice and messaging consistently to our communities.
Owning your work and being proactive.
A real love for social.
Excellent grammar and spelling skills, and the ability to create engaging social copy.
One year of proven work experience as a community manager.
Ability to identify and track relevant social metrics.
Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
Experience in reporting.
Ability to think creatively and suggest innovative ideas.
A cool and calm approach to problem-solving.
A strong communicator, experienced with embodying a brand voice across different channels.
