Anomaly are expanding their office support team and are keen to find someone looking to kickstart their office management career in a creative agency.
Role in a nutshell
Supporting our Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the Anomaly London office.
Job Description
As an Office Assistant, you can anticipate needs before they come up and respond quickly to ever-evolving requests. You will also have certain shared office responsibilities along with the PA’s & EA’s to work into our Office Manager as part of our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Working as a part of our front-of-house team to ensure the agency is always presented at its best at all times.
- Answering external phone calls and greeting visitors, booking travel, couriers & taxis
- Assist with onboarding, building tours for new team members, access passes.
- Supports on agency-wide priorities, e.g. All-Agency Meetings, internal operations meetings and initiatives (both department-specific as well as company-wide/general as needed by the agency)
- Meeting room set ups, ordering of office supplies, catering & stationery
- Supports IT/HR/New Biz when required
- Fire Marshall & First aid (training will be given)
