As a Junior Client Partner you will be tasked with growing existing relationships; supporting your team in driving revenue within your dedicated client base and responsible for the smooth delivery of end-to-end 360 campaigns. You will develop strong, meaningful client relationships through regular insight, reporting and case study sharing, along with ongoing consultation.

You will establish relationships with key clients of your level and have a thorough understanding of the client’s sector, business KPIs and individual key drivers. You’ll be responsible for working with strategy to set and monitor all KPIs across key accounts, and educating and informing our clients on how we are performing at all key points along the delivery cycle.

You will be an expert on industry best practices, informing and educating not only our clients, but the wider team on new platform and content updates to ensure we are always leading the way in innovation.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Working across a portfolio of accounts and confidently managing day to day client communications
  • Supporting all senior team across all activities, including spotting opportunities for growth across your portfolio through monthly SWOT analysis’ and growth plans
  • Confidently writing up all meeting notes, agenda’s and circulating with all departments and client’s post-meet
  • Confidently pull together client / brief specific research and insights and communicating the brief with internal teams
  • Liaising, managing and building client relationships of your level and able to converse around key campaign metrics, updates and opportunities
  • Educating both clients and team on new platforms and innovations
  • Sharing insights around key sectors and competitors on a regular basis and knowing why the are relevant to our clients

Essential Skills & Aptitudes:

  • Must have excellent written and communications skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
  • Excellent understanding of the social development process, across both strategy and creative
  • Sector knowledge and understanding of best practice
  • Analytical experience - demonstrated through communications with the team and clients
  • A team player with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Able to work at pace, accurately and under pressure
  • Flexible, adaptable and diplomatic
  • Excellent at communicating with team, clients and prospects
