Our Programme Managers oversee the delivery of up to eight mentoring programmes at a time from start to finish, ensuring they have the most impact possible on the young people we are designed to support.

This role will include taking ownership of the programmes you are managing from their initial sign off through to their showcase close.

What are we looking for?

• Highly organised and good at managing a varied workload

• Experience in project management and improving internal administrative processes

• Confident and professional when dealing with external stake-holders

• Ability to communicate with a range of people from mentee to mentor

Deadline: Accepting applications on a rolling basis

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience)
