You are collaborative and a problem solver, proactively finding solutions and working closely with the Core Creative Team to deliver great projects and maintain productive client partnerships.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the efficiency and smooth-running of projects, working with a broad range of clients from a variety of sectors. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager, to plan and deliver projects from pitch to completion.
You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure that projects are correctly briefed into the studio, and the highest level of service and quality is delivered for our clients. You plan your projects rigorously and meticulously to ensure success every time.
You should have:
Strong previous experience in a similar client services role A good understanding of the client's overall business and where your brands fit in A good understanding of advertising, marketing and strategy Knowledge of the internal workings of the agency and the processes of implementation A good commercial understanding of how to run profitable accounts Broad knowledge of the various media channels Excellent written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentations Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and to always look for the best solution Good working knowledge of G-Suite - primarily Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
Finally, you will have 2 years experience working in a comparable role.
