Positive Influence is our 6 month programme run in partnership with Sony. It gives you the chance to be mentored by creative professionals directly from either Sony Music, Sony Publishing, Playstation or Sony Pictures.

Who is this programme for?

Sony Positive Influence is perfect for those interested in the professional worlds of music, gaming and film. You can be at any stage of your career, or interested in any aspect of these worlds, from marketing and production to designing and developing.

What you will receive:

• 6 months of one to one mentoring from a creative industry professional from Sony
• Flexible options for meeting times (including virtual)
• Ongoing access to our network of professionals and creative network after the programme has ended
• Invites to launch and showcase events at the Sony offices

Who will my mentor be?

All mentors on this programme will be employees of Sony from a wide range of creative & professional backgrounds.

Previous mentor roles have included:

A&R Manager

Marketing Manager

Designer

Product Manager

Senior Label Manager

Brands Manager

You will be matched with someone who compliments your skills and ambitions. They may not always have the same job you wish to apply to, but will have the knowledge and expertise to help support you over the 6 month programme.

• Are aged between 18-25
• Are located in the UK
• Meet our eligibility criteria

Programme Dates:

Interviews: Tuesday 7th June & Wednesday 8th June (Virtual)

Programme Launch for mentees: Wednesday 6th July (Sony Offices, London)

Showcase: Thursday 24th November (Sony Offices, London)
