The team at Central 23 launched a tabletop party game brand called Lucky Egg.

At Lucky Egg, we have launched a drinking party game called Sloshed with 7 more games currently in development. The new games are more family friendly (the second game we are launching is all about baking 🧁).

We are hiring a product developer to come and join our team and create super fun games that stand out on shelves!

The Role:

You will be joining our head of product development to create unique and fun games.

The role involves coming up with new game concepts, ideating packaging concepts (alongside a creative team), working with factories to check viability and costs, managing the project timeline and budgets. Working with graphic designers, copywriters and photographers/videographers to create a finished product and bring it to market.

We want to create games that are playful, fun and a little wacky! Games that capture someones attention instantly! If your ideas are a little wild and funny, then this is probably right for you.

About Us:

We currently sell on Amazon and have sold to Urban Outfitters, Gift Universe and more high street retailers.

At Lucky Egg we place a strong emphasis on creating games that look unique. We ask ourselves how our games can stand out on the store shelves (shapes, material textures, windows, printing style – emboss foil etc). Then we weave the cards, instructions, board and pieces into that same design style to create an experience. As well as figuring out the shapes of those components and how they will best fit into the box.

We care about the small details and attention to detail is an important part of our products.

We aren’t looking for someone who can simply follow directions and create cool games, we really need someone who can visualise design concepts from a game mechanic (instructions, cards, board and basic premise). Someone who can turn that game mechanic into a finished product. We need someone who is willing to push boundaries and who can think outside of the box (no pun intended).

Creative experience desired.
