A London Voice Agency is looking for a full-time Junior
Voice Agent. This is a brand new role that has opened up due to the expansion
of the agency. It is an ideal position for someone wanting to start their
career within an agency.
Your duties would involve checking and updating artist
availabilities, making bookings, and liaising with recording studios. You would
assist with the casting process, suggest artists and organise voice tests. You
will also help edit headshots, update the artist profiles, edit voice reels and
send out contracts. Any relevant experience would be an advantage, but you
would be fully trained and would quickly develop in the role.
In this role you will be in regular communication with
artists and clients, so an ability to communicate and build relationships is
essential. You will need to be able to prioritise work and you must be able to
keep track of multiple ongoing tasks at once.
This will eventually be a hybrid role, but we would
expect you in the office full time during the initial training period. Having a
computer and internet connection for remote work is essential. We are based
ten minutes from Willesden Green, so please ensure that getting there regularly
would not be an issue.
Overall, this is a junior role with a great deal of scope
for growth and learning.
