David B. Field Consulting is looking for a highly driven, proactive, and
enthusiastic Communications and PR freelancer to support a growing roster of international
visual arts clients during a busy period.
Our focus is on long-term strategic communications for a small number of
high-profile international clients, including arts businesses, not-for-profits,
and consumer brands.
The position is a highly flexible and remote fixed-term contract for six
months initially, offering 20 hours per week with potential to extend, subject
to candidate and campaign performance. The position would suit someone who is
interested in going freelance, or an existing freelancer.

We occasionally collaborate on projects with experienced freelancers who
operate autonomously and collaborate across accounts, which means you will not
necessarily have a line manager – instead, you will be working with a team of
likeminded individuals with a variety of skill-sets.
The ideal candidate has worked in an account management role previously
(or managed client accounts as a freelancer) and will have experience in
account management and end-to-end campaign delivery – including research and
report writing, media relations / securing coverage, social media strategy, and
