Job Summary
Future London Academy is looking for a B2C (Business to Consumer) junior digital marketer, who is looking to learn about marketing and has a passion for design, education and technology.

Responsibilities include
Creating email funnels using our CRM system.
Setting up Google & FB Ads and FB audiences.
Source and generate leads for marketing efforts.
Seek and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials.
Planning and running full marketing campaigns.
Finding new marketing channels and running experiments.
Coming up with new ideas and strategies based on data we have.

Skills Needed
You should be prepared to work in a constantly changing environment, be able to learn new tools fast and be happy to be hands-on with technical tasks. Full training will be provided for all tasks and responsibilities.

Working Hours
11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Hourly Rate
National Minimum Wage

Additional Emlpoyability Support
Teamwork and Communication Skills-
The successful candidate will be communicating with the internal team on various projects and will be attending internal meetings on a weekly basis. They will also be invited to external meetings with current suppliers and new suppliers.

Training
During the first 4 weeks of training you will be learning to use-
Active Campaign- web SEO/SEM, email campaigns with Active Campaign, social media- LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and run webinars on Zoom.
Methods to develop and implement the digital marketing strategies.
Ensuring synergy between online and offline strategies.
Digital support on all key brand activities and CRM.
How to run and analyse Google, Facebook, LinkedIn ad campaigns.

Job Prospects
We will help develop and design the candidates CV and our in-house designers will make sure they stand out. We will give guidance and tips on interviews, how to source good roles and how to apply. Finally, we will use our network to promote the young person.
