Office Manager – FOUND

Studio FOUND is looking for an office manager who will bring energy, organisation and initiative. This is a highly varied role that covers Office, PA, HR and IT tasks. You will ideally have a background in some kind of office or studio administration role. Skills include being fluent in Google Docs and Sheets, plus being a good communicator and a problem solver.

Design Internship – OMSE

Junior Office Assistant and Junior Analyst – Anomaly

Advertising agency Anomaly is expanding their office team and is on the hunt for an individual looking to launch their office management career in a creative agency. As an office assistant, you will anticipate needs before they come up and respond quickly to ever-evolving requests. Supporting the office manager in the day-to-day running of the London office, responsibilities include working as part of the front-of-house team, answering external phone calls and greeting visitors as well as assisting with onboarding.
