Early Development Fund – BFI Network

The BFI Network development fund supports writers based in England who do not yet have the first draft of a script. Successful applicants will be supported to produce an initial treatment and receive a grant, as well as creative oversight of the funded project from industry experts. Projects that are supported at treatment stage and completed to schedule will then be able to apply for funding for a first draft of a full feature-length screenplay, or an equivalent format for immersive work.
